Sending automated referral requests after an NPS Survey is received

From the Navigation Bar, click Settings.
In the Side Navigation, click NPS.
Under the heading “After an NPS Survey is Received,” select the option to Request Referrals from NPS Survey Respondents with a Score of [x] or Above.
Enter a score in the space provided. This will only send out Referral Requests to survey respondents who left you a score of or above the score you define.
