Sending automated referral requests after an NPS Survey is received
- From the Navigation Bar, click Settings.
- In the Side Navigation, click NPS.
- Under the heading “After an NPS Survey is Received,” select the option to Request Referrals from NPS Survey Respondents with a Score of [x] or Above.
- Enter a score in the space provided. This will only send out Referral Requests to survey respondents who left you a score of or above the score you define.
- Click the Save Settings button.
