- Navigate to the AB tab in the top navigation bar. You will be directed to the Appointment Booking Requests.

- Click the Accept button next to an appointment request. A drawer will open.
- If desired, write an acceptance message to the patient and click Notify Patient. This will send the patient an email with your message.

- If you do not want to notify the patient, click Don’t Notify Patient.
- The Appointment Request will be marked as “Accepted”
- Enter this appointment in your Practice Management System.
