Search for your offices by name. Your results will be Isolated in the results field below.
2. Accounts
Your offices within this Enterprise account. You will see the office name, phone number, and will be able to login to each location's Legwork account. To Log into an account: click the location name you want to log into and then click "Log in" in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Email Accounts
Want to message the staff at one, two, or all of your offices? Simply click the "Email Account" button to open the email drawer. From there, select your desired offices and write up your message. All of our standard email options are here. Send Now, Send Later, image upload, hyperlinking, and everything else you have grown to love from Legwork's communication tools.

Review quick reference data for any Account(s) selected from the account list.
Star Rating for reviews:
See the average star rating between Google and Facebook for the account(s) selected.
NPS
The Net Promoter Score of the Account(s) selected.
Recare Rate
Legwork looks at the number of patients within your active patient-base with a recall status present but no recall appointment scheduled. The number here represents an actionable % of patients that need to be scheduled for hygiene because they currently are not scheduled.
Unscheduled Treatments
The estimated dollar value of unscheduled treatment available for you to convert for the Account(s) selected.
Emails on Record
The percentage of email addresses the Account(s) selected have recorded inside their PMS.
Mobile Numbers on Record
The percentage of Mobile Numbers the Account(s) selected have recorded inside their PMS.
5. Sent Touchpoints
All messages sent to the staff at the Account(s) currently selected from your Legwork Enterprise dashboard.
Date, Subject of the email, and the send status are visible for review.
