- Filter by account menu:Select this drop-down menu to filter by “All Accounts” or single accounts associated with your Enterprise account.
- Current Month Overview:
This section provides information about important marketing metrics across your offices.
New Patients within the last month across the offices selected.
New Patients this month gained through referral by other patients. We obtain this information from the “Referred by” field inside your patient’s file inside your PMS.
Appointments completed within the month thus far across the accounts currently selected.
-Patients in Recall
Legwork looks at the number of patients within your active patient-base with a recall status present, but no recall appointment scheduled. The number here represents an actionable number of patients that need to be scheduled for hygiene because they currently are not scheduled.
-New Patients Referred
Percentage of new patients obtained through new referrals out of the current month’s new patient count.
- Current Month Graphs:
The same as the fields that correspond in the Current Month Overview above, but represented within graphs that can have their date range customized.
